Carli is a qualified Yoga Instructor and leads the team providing instruction for guests of The Banyans Wellness Residence. With a background in multiple dance disciplines and military, which are incorporated into her classes, Carli believes that yoga is important for recovery as it works on the body, mind and wellbeing.
Carli’s yoga classes at the Banyans encompass physical strength, exibility and alignment exercises. Guests who have participated in yoga, even if for the first time, have noticed improvements in posture, breathing, core strength and inner peace.
Carli has been practicing yoga for 20 years and teaching for 14 years in Australia. She received her qualifications through Radiant Light Yoga in Yandina on the Sunshine Coast Hinterland.
