Ryan the Exercise Physiologist at the Banyans. He possesses a passion to incorporate exercise and psychology, which helps people achieve lifestyle wellness through exercise. Ryan works from a multifactorial framework and encourages wellness from many different areas, not just physical activity.
After studying his degrees in Exercise/Movement Science and Psychology and obtaining his ESSA Accreditation, Ryan worked in various allied health clinics and training facilities with a strong focus on the benefits of exercise on mental health.
Ryan has also worked in strength and conditioning, high performance sport, injury rehab and prevention, as well as personal training environments.
Ryan specialises in exercise programming for people with chronic diseases, injuries, mental health conditions or disabilities. Using the latest research regarding the benefits and applications of exercise, Ryan aims to improve the physical functionality and overall well-being of each individual.
